Troubleshooting


If you need technical assistance with any part of the Diabetes Data Portal, enter a ServiceNow ticket by following these steps:
  • Select Something's broken.
  • In the Is the issue related to section, be sure to indicate "Software".
  • In the Software Type section indicate "Non-Clinical Application".
  • In the field where it asks you to Please select the Non-Clinical Application type and then select the application name such as "Diabetes Data Portal" in the space provided.
  • The ticket will be routed to Research Informatics.
